My HANDDD!!!

Errrrr my left hand and wrist is sprained like crazy
Its swollen in 2 different parts and it hurts just to move itt
Welll here the story.............Yesterday i was at Outback Steakhouse having a qiuck sesh just for fun. But i doung this sickk grass gap and i told myself i was going to jump no matter what. So i started get a feel for the fall and how high i needed to jump ,etc. I went full speed 3 times and i couldn't land it. Bu t the 4th time i went at it i landed it nice and clean :). Therefore, i was like ok this is easyy. Well i was wrong. That 5th time i went to go jump that gap my back trucks hit the border of the rock seprating the pavement and the grassand my body flew. Oh yeah i didn't mention i got as much speed as i could for this. So when my trucks hit i went soaring at least a distance of 5 feet cause it felt like i was in the air for some while. When i landed my hand it first then i hit my hip bone then to my back and roll. So now im going to rest up my hand cuase this is the 3rd time i spprain it reallyyyyy bad. Plus i need to play guitar lol.
