"All you really gotta do is make sure your toes are hanging off the board, then ollie. Just kick your foot down and you oughta get a good flip and be able to land it. It takes some doing, but it's worth while"

i normally get them but sometimes over flip.
you could kick harder so you could learn double heels
their sick :)

I can't seem to get them i ether over rotate or land in it in remo or premo or whatever its called, which usually hurts, any tips? i got the flip down pretty good thanks
