Connecting the world's skateboarders ... it's not a cult, it's a lifestyle!

I need a new set up severely. I'm talkin' warped trucks, rusted bearings and hardware, thinning wheels and even the board layers are splitting is. Thing is, I'm a little torn as to what brand and model of board to get. I have a few in mind such as the Almost Impact, Darkstar with armor ply and Flip P2 Construction. If you have any suggestions whether it be on the list of your own, leave a reply. Please also include why you would suggest that deck. I'm mainly looking for high-tech decks too.

Thank you so much to those of you that reply =]

i think you should ride a girl deck, i skate a Guy Mariano, its the best board iv ever ridden, they have just the right amount of concave and alot of serious pop, amaziing deck and the wood doesnt chip easy iv done some shit were that board should have broke or chipped off alot and it hasnt, and im gunna stick with Girl for a while.I say try a Girl Deck. i wouldnt go for the almost impact, cause they are really heavy. also go for Tensor Trucks or Thunder but i ride blue thunders, and go for hubba wheels they rule !
If you're looking for Hi-Tech decks, get the Almost Impact, I hear they can take a beating. also maybe try the Uber Lights? I'm not sure if they break easy, but they get some serious pop, that's for sure.
I use Flip boards specifically, I just love the feel of them, nice concave, I could probobly get better pop, but whatever I like them a lot, or Zero is really nice, great pop, but maybe a bit to much concave. but since you're looking at hi-tech ones, then mine won't be of much help.

Trucks, I've got these things called "Bullets" Came with the skateshops own brand deck. I personally love them, a bit on the heavy side, but nice trucks. I don't know if you'll be able to find them but you can try. Or go with Tensors, that's a name you can trust.

Bearings Red Bones are nice, not the most durable but, if you want speed go with them. I persoanlly don't reccomend Black Panthers, beings the one set I had was comeplete SHIT, they sucked hard, and I had 3 of the 4 break. Currently I use Flip HKD Abec 7's, great bearings, I've had them for over a year and they're just now starting to break(one anyways)

Wheels fuck I'm still using the wheels from my first deck haha, but I love them. I have no idea what brand they are so, just go with anything really for wheels.
If you are looking for high tech decks, go uber light. They have serious pop, they're durable, and they're the lightest board on the market. For trucks, go thunder, destructo, or tensor. Wheels dont really matter too much but the firelite repeaters by spitfire are good. As for bearings, go independent. Hardware doesn't matter much either, or griptape.

My perfect set up would be an uber light deck, thunder hollow lights, spitfire firelite repeaters, independent bearings, jessup grip tape, and destructo hardware.

Can't go wrong with that!
i would recommend a almost ressin 7 deck because it lasted me forever , it also works great, it has a bunch of pop that last's for a long time, and is really not that expensive unlike the almost uberlite and doesn't lose concave as fast as girl decks. i will recommend thunders or Destructo trucks because i ride them and they both work pretty well for me.mob grip tape because the grip last's forever unless you get it wet or something like that.swiss bearings because they are the best.

take good care of you deck don't get it wet, don't ride when the ground is wet and avoid stoping with your tail if you want it to last for a long time
i've never sk8ed anything hi tech i sk8 blanks mostly u can find anywhere and u can get them in bulk 4 cheap so i suggest a blank plus u can go thru a couple of 'em without havin 2 chose any one shape hope i helped peace = ]
i have some blank wheels if u want'em = ]
