Kickflips/Tre Flips, Any Tips?

I have been attempting a kickflip and tre flip for about a couple days now, just wondering if any of you had any tips, or a certain way to go about the tricks for me.

you need to have good fast reflexes to swipe the board as soon as you tap for an ollie and land on the bolts.
there are different types of style how you flip the board depending on your comfort.
