my name is vernon i can backside heel and fakie b/s heel what u want to have is fakie b/s 180 and fakie heel when u get them to on lock then put it togather and do fakie b/s heel very very good luck do what i say and u will i bat that and keep practice it will get better

you need to know a high half- cab and a fakie heelflip, then you mix them, it´s not hard to bdo it, but it´s not easy

The tips these guys just gave u probably didn't help u at alll but they have sorta a point....pop and release ure heel once ure at about 90derees and since ure already in 180 flow ull more or less land on the board. It will take some time to practice,it might even take some time to unmderstand exacly what I'm saying but keep it in mind..but make suue ure heels and half cabs are goood and u put them together the right way.practice.
